Anthony Foxx Sworn In As Charlotte Mayor

The Scoop Network cameras were there when Anthony Foxx was sworn in as Charlotte’s new Mayor. Anthony Foxx is the first democratic mayor in Charlotte since Harry Gantt left office in 1987. Anthony Foxx pledged to tackle homelessness, job creation, and government spending.
