Please be aware that Mayor Foxx had agreed to be a guest speaker months before the rezoning issue surfaced. The BBC has for years invited the Mayor to be a guest speaker and to deliver a State of Charlotte address to the members. I felt it was necessary to post this as I did not want there to be an confusion on why the Mayor would be addressing the Ballantyne Breakfast Club.
