This event featured politicians and a chili cook-off among community groups and restaurants. The cook-off shares a similar theme with the famed Mallard Creek Barbecue, an annual tradition for 80 years in the University City area known for good food and dozens of politicians showing up to shake hands. It [...] City Councilman Warren Cooksey holds weekly meetings for constituents of District 7.
